By accessing and using the TH ASIA Cooking app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the TH ASIA Cooking app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or prepare derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the app to another person or "mirror" on any other server

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TH ASIA Cooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
